I sell one product and all of them have same description only price change, u might want to review my account and then confirm what I want to say, so I might be interested in a template that I can reuse instead to typing in description every time.

Does it vary for each and every customer or, for example, is this something that comes in 3 or 4 different service levels (e.g. web hosting small, medium, large) and your customers always get routed into one of these options?
